By downloading, installing, or using BOND ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BOND is a mobile application designed for couples to communicate, share memories, and strengthen their relationships. Features include private messaging, shared calendars, memory timelines, games, and more.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BOND. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Account Creation and Security

BOND uses anonymous authentication. When you use the App:

  • You may be assigned an anonymous identifier
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your connection codes
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is spam or unauthorized advertising

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Collect or harvest user data without consent
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the service

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the App will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
