HVAC Blueprint is a mobile application designed to assist HVAC professionals with:

• Heating and cooling load calculations
• Blueprint analysis using AI
• Project and customer management
• Professional report generation

The App provides calculations based on ACCA Manual J 8th Edition methodology but is intended as a professional tool to assist, not replace, professional judgment.

3. Professional Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HVAC Blueprint is a calculation assistance tool. All load calculations should be:

• Reviewed by a licensed HVAC professional
• Verified against local building codes
• Confirmed with actual site conditions

The App does not replace professional engineering judgment, site surveys, or compliance with local regulations. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations before use in actual installations.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Verify all calculations with professional judgment
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by HALOCORE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HALOCORE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Any HVAC installations based on App calculations
